Professional Electrolysis In Boston - Newbury Electrology & Skin Care? I DON'T THINK SO!

To all electrolysis consumers in the Boston there are many electrologists in the Boston area who think that is okay to steal another electrologists trademarked business name. Newbury Electrology is one of them in addition to the fact the after promising to remove my trademark Boston Electrolysis® from her Meta-Tags on her website www.newburyelectrology.com. Well she lied and from what I surmise that maybe she runs her business in the same manner.

First, I would like to announce that on April 14, 2009, the Federal government awarded to me United States Registration No. 3,601,889 for the trademark Boston Electrolysis®.  This Federal registration constitutes prima facie evidence of the validity of the trademark and its registration, and of my (the trademark owner’s) exclusive nationwide right to use the mark in commerce in connection with providing hair removal services.  The registration also constitutes notice to all parties that the trademark Boston Electrolysis® is the exclusive property of me, Kimberly Williams R.E., Dean.

IS NEWBURY ELECTROLOGY TRANSGENDER FRIENDLY? NO!

However Deborah Kennedy she claims to be Transgender Friendly but they way  she mistreats myself that claim is about as far from the truth as one can get considering the fact that she is a liar and has not respected my intellectual property rights and I am the rightful owner of Boston Electrolysis®!

DEBORAH'S FIRST LIE

Hi Kimberly,

I called my web company, was left on hold for 45mins and have left a message asking for a name and email so I can request in writing to take down the Boston Electrolysis (in that order). It may not happen till Monday, but, just wanted you to know.

Kimberly, I am too busy to respond to this. I will respond later today.

By the way, my best friend is transgendered, so it must be someone else your thinking of. We never discussed anything about transgendered people. By the way, I have many transgendered clients, and I educate my clients who have made negative comments towards my transgendered clients. I tell them I don't tolerate negative conversation any arena of that kind. Also, for the time being I will ask the web people to change the wording on the Boston Electrolysis, as I am still not sure these words are illegal for me use in the manner you fell it's illegal. I just haven't had a minute to check into it.
I will be in touch, being a one woman show, my life is too busy, and I don't get things done in as timely a manner as others do. I will be in touch soon.


I am a fair person and always try to do the right thing. I lose clients because I don't get back to them in a timely manner. I will either call or email back.

THE SUMMATION

Deborah Kennedy is lying deceptive procrastinator who never told me the truth to begin with. In addition she continues to infringe my trademark Boston Electrolysis® to this very moment. Furthermore Deborah Kennedy claims she is TG Friendly and that's another big lie because she thinks nothing of  infringing this Transgendered Electrologists intellectual property.

To sum it up Deborah Kennedy, R.E. does not have one Transgendered friend and its obvious her illegal trademark infringement of Boston Electrolysis® is cheap stunt to get better placement of her website www.Newburyelectrology at the expense of Boston Electrolysis. It's my professional opinion that her word is not to be trusted because of the way she lies and mistreats members of the GLBT Community.

Deborah Kennedy should rely on her own professional reputations and not mine because she represents the negative side of bigotry, discrimination and prejudice against sexual minorities and her attitude towards the GLBT Community leaves allot to be desired.

This constitutes and is willful infringement of that competitor's trademark. A recent First Circuit Court of Appeals decision ruled and now says it does (Venture Tape Corp. v.
